How do I know what size I am?
An extra small is a 6-8, a small is a 8-10, a medium is a 10-12, a large is a 12-14 and an extra large is a 14-16.
Do you provide International delivery?
We Provide express and standard shipping throughout Australia, The U.S,A and The U.K. As well as standard shipping in China, India, Sweden and New Zealand. If a desired country is not listed as a shipping option, please email soulanzee@gmail.com and we will include it for you.
What is your returns policy?
Garments can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged, you will need to provide evidence of this, within 7 days of receiving the garment. We also do not hold responsibility for lost postage.
How do I return an item?
If a garment is faulty or damaged you will need to send photo evidence to soulanzee@gmail.com, we will then evaluate the situation and decide if a return is guaranteed.
What happens If I purchase the wrong size?
You are able to exchange an item if the item does not fit correctly. After we receive the item we will then send you a voucher code to the amount of the item and you can then go online and purchase the correct size. Postage to and from will be at the buyers expense. We will only exchange an item within 7 days of delivery, and it has to be in perfect condition (not worn). We do not allow size exchanges on custom orders.
How do I track my order?
All orders come with tracking numbers, these will be sent with the shipping confirmation email.
How do I go about making wholesale orders?

Australian standard shipping will take anywhere from
5-9 business days, while express deliveries take 1-4 business days.
Standard United Kingdom and the United States shipping will take anywhere from 2-3 weeks, while express shipping will take 4-6 business days,.
